Our team is committed to creating meaningful social and travel experiences without sacrificing any health risks for our partners and guests. In line with this purpose, we have created policies and procedures adhering to the most effective health and safety guidelines applicable to our upcoming trip. We will continue to keep our guests posted for any changes depending on the latest updates from local, national, and global health authorities.

LIMITED NUMBER OF GUESTS

There will be a determined maximum number of guests that will be imposed per trip depending on the accommodation’s limited capacity and other factors based from the trip’s list of activities. This is to ensure that we observe social distancing and other safety guidelines enforced by our partners.

 

THOROUGH SANITIZING MEASURES

In coordination with our partners and suppliers, enhanced cleaning and sanitizing measures will be in place by our team. The cleaning high touch surface frequently will be observed. Alcohol and/or sanitizers will also be placed in strategic locations for our guests and partners to use. 

COVID-19 TEST

All guests may be required to provide proof of a vaccine or negative COVID-19 test taken within 10 calendar days prior to departure, depending on the destination guidelines. Should you be traveling by plane, please check your airline’s policies as they may require the test to be taken as well within a shorter period of time.

FACIAL COVERING

While navigating through the resort in public areas, guests may be required to wear facial coverings with no vents or openings that fully covers the nose and mouth. There will be an exemption during meal periods and key group events, however, social distancing will still be observed.

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY

We have modified our cancellation policy allowing any reservation to be canceled at least 7 days or more prior to the first day of the trip period, provided with a written notice and proof of positive COVID-19 results. *A full refund of all deposits made shall be processed. *This is contingent upon the COVID-19 policies of the resort and vendors.
